Lemon Zest Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz crab
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1⁄2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 lemon wedges
 

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together
  2. Form into 2 small patties
  3. Place in a parchment paper lined baking dish
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
  5. Top with juice from lemon wedges
