- 3.5 oz crab
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 T parsley
- 1⁄2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 lemon wedges
- Mix everything together
- Form into 2 small patties
- Place in a parchment paper lined baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
- Top with juice from lemon wedges
