Phase 2 , or Phase 4 , or Beyond
- 8 oz grape tomatoes
- 2 t coconut aminos
- Pink salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Toss tomatoes in bowl with coconut aminos, salt, and pepper
- Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes or until tomatoes start to burst
